4. BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS
Appointment booking is conducted through Jane App, a third-party practice management platform. By using the booking platform, you agree to Jane App's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.
Booking an appointment through our website or platform does not guarantee availability. Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from NERV Chiropractic.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of the total amount of the appointment. We reserve the right to decline future bookings for repeated no-shows.
5. THIRD-PARTY ACUPUNCTURE SERVICES
Acupuncture services available through our booking platform are provided by an independent licensed acupuncturist who operates within the NERV Chiropractic office space. These services are provided by a separate independent practitioner and not by NERV Chiropractic or Dr. Max Alcantar D.C.
NERV Chiropractic does not supervise, direct, or control the acupuncture services provided by this independent practitioner. Any clinical relationship formed through acupuncture services is between you and the acupuncturist directly. NERV Chiropractic assumes no liability for the acupuncture services provided.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, copy, brand name, tagline, logos, graphics, images, and design — is the property of NERV Chiropractic or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
